Willow & Zonefield collects personal information you provide when contacting us about seasonal floral arrangements, wedding flowers, and event installations. This includes your name, email address, telephone number, and details of your enquiry. We use this solely for responding to your request, scheduling consultations, providing project estimates, and maintaining correspondence records. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Our server automatically records your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and visit timestamps for site performance monitoring. We retain enquiry records for twenty-four months after last communication, and financial records as required by Japanese tax law. Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), you may request access to personal data we hold, correction of inaccurate records, deletion of data, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent.
